Kelsey HermannClient Success Analyst

    Kelsey joined North Peak in October 2018, after a year as the support engineer for more than 70 organizations and another year taking on new implementations and sharpening up her business analysis skills.  Her nonprofit and technical experience range from fundraising for tsunami relief efforts in Japan via a charity bike ride, to teaching an after-school program to at-risk girls, to becoming the Salesforce admin at a human services nonprofit for adults with disabilities. Over the last 8 years Kelsey has gained a deep understanding of how technology can benefit every level of a nonprofit and she uses her prior experience to provide in-depth training to power users and admins as well as build solutions that alleviate pesky pain-points.

    When Kelsey isn’t working for us, she can be found hiking, meditating or laying-out for a Frisbee in a competitive ultimate game.
