GreenWave replicates and scales regenerative ocean farms to create jobs and protect the planet. They train and support ocean farmers in the era of climate change, working with coastal communities around the world to create a blue economy – built and led by farmers.

The organization came to North Peak to overhaul their existing Salesforce system, which was not customized for their team’s needs. They sought to build a CRM to serve their Development and Programs teams, and provide access to the full picture of GreenWave’s relationships with constituents, including donors, farmers, and partners.

North Peak worked with the team to overhaul the existing CRM to better serve the Development team’s needs and eliminate spreadsheets for managing critical relationships. We also worked with GreenWave to customize the Program Management Module to support data management and reporting for their farmer training programs, including advising on an integration to their custom Learning Management System.
