Challenges:

Hyde Square Task Force needed advanced admin support and to expand their existing Salesforce instance to better manage volunteer enrollment and onboarding, and program participation.

Solution: Improvements & Customization to Existing Data Model

Hyde Square Task Force already had NPSP and a basic data model they were using for volunteer and program management. North Peak made several improvements to the existing data model to ensure Hyde Square could perform advanced enrollment and attendance tracking. Some parts of the system were also simplified to ensure a more intiutive workflow and a better uesr experience. On the Managed Admin side of things, North Peak provided advanced admin support to help guide system enhancements, troubleshoot issues and plan for the expansion of their Salesforce instance.
