Kids in Need of Defence (KIND) envision a world in which children’s rights and well-being are protected as they migrate alone in search of safety.

The organization previously used Raisers Edge and Salsa to manage their Development and Advocacy efforts. However, without a well-integrated and tailored CRM at the center of their operations, staff didn’t have a single source of truth for information about their constituents and spent disproportionate time on administration. 

North Peak worked with KIND to implement a Salesforce-based solution to provide a 360-degree view of constituent data, strong supporter engagement, and insights into their organization’s impact.

Solution: Salesforce Implementation

North Peak implemented Salesforce for the Development and Communications teams. The solution included integrations to Engaging Networks for advocacy, communications, and online donations; the organization’s custom web forms; and Apsona for data management and document merges. Now the team can rely on Salesforce for quick access to critical data about individual constituents and organizational analytics.
