North Peak worked with the team to implement a Salesforce-based solution to manage their grants program from end-to-end and facilitate strong member and partner engagement. The solution included NPSP and Outbound Funds Module, as well as integrations to Phone2Action for advocacy efforts, Mailchimp for communications, and FormAssembly for online forms. With a Salesforce-centered CRM solution, the team can access insights into their organizational relationships and impact in one place.
